Business Development Manager

Our global team spreads across 12 countries and 4 continents. Now we’re looking for a sharp, ambitious Business Development Manager who thrives on building lasting client partnerships and driving growth in the Sea and Rail freight space—specifically China to Europe and back, Central Asia to China and back.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, target, and close new business opportunities across Europe and China in sea and rail freight. From cold outreach and pitching to negotiation and post-sale follow-up;
• Manage and grow the relationships with the clients you bring in by understanding their unique logistics and freight needs and providing customized solutions;
• Collaborate with internal logistics operations teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction;
• Monitor market shifts, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in Eurasian freight;
• Represent the company at industry events, trade exhibitions, and networking activities;
• Manage the sales pipeline and update the CRM system with accurate and up-to-date information.

What We Expect from You:

• 5+ years of proven track record of B2B sales in freight forwarding/logistics, with expertise in rail and ocean freight between Asia and Europe;
• Deep understanding of international trade, freight regulations, and customs brokerage;
• Proven ability to negotiate and close high-value deals with a strong focus on long-term success;
• Able to identify client pain points and craft data-backed solutions;
• Driven, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
