As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated China Region Manager to strengthen relationships with China Railways operators, enhance local logistics operations, and support market strategy and business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Railway Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong partnerships with China Railways operators and agents to ensure seamless collaboration, improve service quality, and secure favorable agreements.
  • Logistics Operations: Oversee and optimize local logistics processes, focusing on efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and smooth supply chain execution.
  • Market Strategy Support: Contribute to developing market strategies for the region, identifying opportunities for business growth and operational improvement.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Coordinate with global and regional teams to implement key initiatives, aligning logistics operations with overall company objectives.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure local operations adhere to Chinese regulations and industry standards while addressing potential risks proactively.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 5-7 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a similar role, with a strong focus on railway logistics in China.
  • Deep understanding of China’s logistics landscape, including experience working with railway operators and navigating local regulations.
  • Proven track record in improving logistics operations and driving efficiency.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to foster and maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is essential; proficiency in English is a must, Russian skills is highly desirable.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
