Head of Global Trading Department

Currently, our core trading activities revolve around fertilizers, positioning us as a strong player in the agro-business sector. However, we are also eager to expand into new markets and seize emerging opportunities beyond agriculture.

With a global team of more than 20 skilled trading specialists, spread across 12 countries and 4 continents, we are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Global Trading Department to lead our global operations, inspire our team, and unlock new growth opportunities in both established and emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute operational plans to maximize trading department profits and ensure sustainable growth.
• Lead and inspire a global team of trading specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Design and implement a global trading strategy that aligns with business goals, explores new markets, and stays ahead of global trends and pricing dynamics.
• Introduce new tools, processes, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Partner with senior leadership to identify and enter new trading domains, driving innovation and diversification.

What We’re Looking For:

• A university degree in Business Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading and motivating global teams, with a strong track record of driving high performance.
• Deep understanding of B2B sales, wholesale trading, and commerce. Experience in agriculture or raw material trading is a plus.
• A data-driven, analytical approach to decision-making and process improvement.
• A history of successfully implementing strategic transformations to boost efficiency and operational excellence.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities to build strong relationships with diverse teams and global partners.
