International Logistics Business Manager

We are currently looking for an International Logistics Business Manager to develop and strengthen our relationships with clients and suppliers in China.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supply Chain Management: be responsible for formulating and improving the supplier management system to ensure that the system aligns with the company’s development strategy and enhances overall service capabilities;
• Supplier Development: select suitable suppliers based on price and service, and integrating external advantageous resources. Manage suppliers, implementing supplier assessments, and providing necessary improvements and constructive suggestions to improve supplier management levels and quality;
• Price Management: lead inquiries, cost analysis, negotiation, and contract signing;
• Collaboration: possess good communication and coordination skills, cultivating and maintaining relationships with suppliers closely related to the company’s strategy.

What We’re Looking For:

• A bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field;
• Over 7 years of experience in railway logistics, more than 3 years of business operations experience, with team management experience preferred;
• Experience in Central Asia and Russia train services, high industry awareness, sensitive to prices, and rich logistics product knowledge accumulation;
• Proficient in Russian and English communication, able to effectively communicate and negotiate with international customers and partners.
