As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Logistics Division Operator to join our team in China to enhance local logistics operations, and support market strategy and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile cargo loading and unloading plans to ensure safe and efficient loading and unloading of goods and complete loading and unloading tasks based on customer’s need and transportation characteristics;
  • Be responsible for the scheduling and tracking of goods, keeping up-to-date with the progress of goods transportation to ensure timely delivery;
  • Take responsibility of monitoring the process of international railway logistics operations, booking management, cargo transportation, tracking, customs declaration, and settlement;
  • Coordinate and handle inquiries, problem-solving in the process of import and export business;
  • Oversee and optimize operational processes in work and assist in reducing logistics costs;
  • Take part of  understanding and analyzing import and export regulations, geographical locations, resources, advantages, and disadvantages.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field;
  • At least 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a similar role, with a strong focus on railway logistics in China;
  • Deep understanding of China’s logistics landscape, familiar with the import and export operation processes of various platforms;
  • Have an access to vendors resources and effectively request quotes;
  • A good decision-making ability, capable of independent project operation, able to handle unexpected emergencies, and rich practical experience;
  • Excellent communication skills, requiring fluent English or Russian for business communication.
