Our expertise in regional markets and strong global presence allow us to redefine how raw materials move across continents, transforming supply chains with precision and care. We are currently seeking a Manual Tester with a creative mindset and strong analytical abilities to ensure the quality and functionality of our Salesforce CRM system.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the development team (external supplier) and key stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce solution;
  • Take full ownership of testing and quality assurance for web-based applications on the Salesforce platform;
  • Validate sprint quality, manage releases, and ensure smooth deployment;
  • Document processes and procedures based on business requirements, create clear use cases, specifications, test cases, and test data;
  • Troubleshoot test issues, log and prioritize defects, record test results, and participate in product readiness and release decisions;
  • Support users with technical updates, preparing step-by-step guides and advising on ways to improve system efficiency.

We Expect from You

  • Experience with Salesforce and cloud-based solutions is a significant advantage;
  • Familiarity with bug and test management tools, such as JIRA;
  • Strong attention to detail, with a good eye for design and usability;
  • Experience in delivering product demos and leading technical discussions;
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities;
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, balancing priorities effectively while maintaining quality as business needs change;
  • Proactive approach and ability to work closely with stakeholders to identify and address gaps in specifications, anticipating and catching potential issues early on;
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
