We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Assistant to join our Global Supply Chain Project Management team. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to grow within a dynamic, international environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Support the coordination and management of global raw material transportation, utilizing multimodal logistics solutions such as rail and maritime.
• Leverage internal systems to analyze data and generate detailed reports for team members and leadership.
• Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of transportation documentation, including cargo specifications and compliance requirements.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support for intermodal freight projects, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments and international offices.
• Assist the supply chain team with diverse tasks, playing a key role in streamlining workflows.

What We Expect from You

• A university degree or current student.
• Previous experience in project management is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and Russian is a must.
• A team player who can also make independent decisions when needed.
