Sales Manager (Intermodal Containers)

We’re looking for a Sales Manager to drive business development to join our Intermodal Container Sales Team. If you’re a thoughtful negotiator who can quickly understand complex situations and present clear, persuasive ideas, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute container leasing and sales projects.
  • Manage the full sales/leasing cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, securing the most profitable terms.
  • Assess pricing models to stay competitive while maximizing profitability.
  • Expand and diversify the client base, prioritizing high-value contracts.
  • Maintain client relationships to drive satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term business growth.
  • Oversee leasing and sales operations, delivery schedules, and service execution.
  • Track and report key sales metrics.
  • Provide management with forecasts and recommendations based on market trends and sales performance.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in container leasing.
  • Skilled in pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and optimizing ROI.
  • Proactive approach in identifying opportunities, expanding client portfolios, and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to assess market trends and sales data for strategic decisions.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Russian, Chinese) are a plus.
  • Skilled in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
