Team Lead (Business Support Services)

We’re looking for a Team Lead who can establish and manage a dedicated team to provide exceptional support service to our HQ office across various business domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Recruitment Efforts: Oversee recruitment for the Business Support team, including sharing requirements and making informed hiring decisions.
• Facilitate Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between HQ and the Business Support team, ensuring seamless communication and effective task delegation.
• Optimize Performance: Evaluate team performance, establish protocols, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Build Trust: Address concerns with empathy and provide solutions while fostering trust with HQ.
• Create and Deliver Reports: Develop detailed reports and present them effectively.

Essential Skills:

• Data Management: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data management.
• Language Skills: Strong English (speaking, listening, writing) and Urdu (speaking, listening) skills.
• Leadership Experience: Proven experience in managing teams with clarity and confidence.
• Operational Efficiency: Ability to establish protocols and improve operational efficiency.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with foreign teams (HQ).
