Accountant

We are looking for a talented, detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, supporting reporting activities, and ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams and our headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping and financial record maintenance
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data
• Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and financial analysis
• Manage payroll-related accounting activities and support tax and compliance requirements
• Monitor cash flow activities and coordinate with banks for financial transactions
• Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, expenses, and financial documents
• Coordinate with internal departments and European headquarters for finance-related matters
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field (B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA Finance, or equivalent)
• Up to 1 year of relevant experience in accounting or finance
• Strong knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles
• Hands-on experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation
• Understanding of financial reporting and budgeting processes
• Knowledge of payroll, taxation, and compliance procedures
• Good understanding of cash flow management and banking operations
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial data management
• Experience with accounting systems and ERP software will be preferred
• Good level of written and verbal English communication
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage deadlines
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with the internal teams
