Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialist

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialist to join our finance team!

Your Key Responsibilities

• Review purchase and sales invoices by established procedures;
• Prepare reconciliation statements with suppliers and customers;
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in invoices and accounting records;
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to address financial queries and provide solutions;
• Perform various tasks related to business accounting;
• Enter data into accounting and internal company systems.

What We Expect from You

• A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a similar field;
• Excellent computer skills, successful experience using MS Excel (a plus is proficiency in systems such as Navision, Salesforce, or Microsoft Business Central);
• Experience in managing accounts receivable and payable is considered an advantage;
• Proficiency in English is a must, and Russian language would be an advantage;
• Ability to work autonomously, taking ownership of tasks with exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
