Chief Accountant

Our global team spreads across 12 countries and 4 continents, bringing together diverse expertise and perspectives. We are now seeking a Chief Accountant who embraces challenges and is ready to take ownership of key financial processes on an international scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, control, and optimise the accounting processes for a group of companies in Lithuania and in cooperation with external accounting partners from international offices
• Prepare financial statements following Lithuanian and International Business Accounting Standards
• Prepare and submit tax declarations including VAT, corporate income tax, personal income tax, etc.
• Prepare and submit mandatory reports to government authorities (Tax Inspectorate, Sodra, Center of Registers, etc.)
• Collaborate with colleagues in Lithuania, international offices, and external auditors to ensure smooth and compliant financial operations

What We Expect from You:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Chief Accountant
• Strong knowledge of the Lithuanian tax system, including VAT, corporate tax, payroll, and related areas
• Experience in preparing financial reports
• A university degree in finance, accounting, or economics
• Proficiency in accounting software (we use Dynamics 365 Business Central).
• Excellent command of Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Russian would be an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• A strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and the ability to work effectively in a global team
