Logistics Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange, coordinate, and oversee the global transportation of raw materials, primarily via rail and road, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Optimize routing, scheduling, and carrier selection while managing logistics flows from Central Asian states to international destinations.
• Collect, analyze, and utilize data from manufacturing partners and international suppliers to maintain reliable, efficient, and controlled supply chains.
• Monitor market and operational conditions, proactively identify risks, and implement innovative, cost-effective transportation solutions.
• Ensure a high level of operational service by managing disruptions, resolving exceptions, and maintaining effective communication with clients and partners.
• Lead logistics and supply chain projects from initiation to completion, collaborating closely with internal teams and global offices.
• Stay updated on transportation, logistics regulations, industry trends, and market developments.
• Manage operational and project documentation using internal systems and digital tools to ensure accuracy, compliance, and transparency

What We Expect from You

• 3+ years of experience in project management within logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and responsibility.
• Collaborative team player with strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities, with proven experience managing international stakeholders and partners.
• Results-driven mindset with ambition to grow in a fast-moving global environment.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
