To strengthen our Intermodal Container Sales Team, we’re seeking a Sales Manager who can drive business development across container trading and leasing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage container purchase, sales, and leasing projects to support global logistics;
  • Maximize container utilization and profitability by coordinating their sale, lease, or redeployment to new loading destinations after unloading;
  • Prepare and implement fleet strategies that align with market demand and supply conditions, optimizing returns on the company’s 13,000-container global fleet;
  • Manage the full sales/leasing cycle from lead to deal closure;
  • Expand the client base and maintain strong customer relationships;
  • Monitor market trends and pricing to stay competitive and maximize ROI.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in container trading and/or leasing is a strong advantage;
  • Skilled in sales, negotiation, and pricing strategy;
  • Proactive, analytical, and results-oriented;
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills;
  • Fluent in English. Other languages (e.g. Russian, Chinese) are a plus;
  • Familiar with CRM and sales analytics tools (e.g. Salesforce).
