Your Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and manage the international transportation of raw materials, primarily by rail and maritime routes, ensuring timely and cost-efficient delivery.
  • Coordinate logistics flows from Central Asian countries to global destinations, optimizing routing, scheduling, and carrier selection.
  • Collect, analyze, and apply data from manufacturing partners and international suppliers to maintain reliable, efficient, and well-controlled supply chains.
  • Monitor dynamic market and operational conditions, proactively identifying risks and implementing innovative, cost-effective solutions to address transportation challenges.
  • Ensure a high standard of operational service by quickly resolving disruptions, handling exceptions, and maintaining strong communication with clients and partners.
  • Lead logistics projects from planning through execution, collaborating closely with internal departments and global group offices to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments within the transportation and logistics sector.
  • Use internal systems and digital tools to prepare, review, and manage operational and project-related documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and clear reporting.

What We Expect from You

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
  • A high level of responsibility and ownership.
  • A collaborative team player with strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to support effective operational decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with talent for building and maintaining relationships across international partners and stakeholders.
  • Ambition and results-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in English and Russian is a must.
